G&S Charlie Brown was bred by Greg Gildersleeve from Monroe, Iowa.  Greg is John Vriezelarr's son-in-law who is very well known for breeding Red Rock ponies.  Charlie Brown is a son of Red Rock Tomorrow's Kid Lee, a double grandson of Kid Lee.  Charlie Brown's dam, Bullseye's Wild Thing, is a granddaughter of both Queen Ann's Jet & Wink's Showdeo Kid.  Charlie Brown has been DNA Tested and he is 100% Homozygous Tobiano for siring Pintos.  This means we can breed him to solid colored mares and their offspring will be pintos with a tobiano pattern.  When we breed him to a homozygous tobiano mare the foal will be homozygous tobiano.  Bellevue Farm purchased Charlie Brown from John Vriezelaar in the fall of 2000 and he has become a very important part of our breeding program.  We use Charlie Brown to line bred our Red Rock mares, as well as using him as an outcross on our mares with other lineage.  His foals have been in demand since they started hitting the ground in 2002;  they are of Classic type with some refinement and his offspring always seem to have a good disposition and are easy to work with.  The picture above was taken when Charlie Brown was a two year old in 2000, the pictures below were taken in 2007.
